They did say I could appeal it by getting letters from the Dr saying I hadn't had any issues with my asthma for years but I decided not to pursue it just now, I have too much else on my plate if I am honest.kirstyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07743469490972984547noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1962345949601150066.post-25062113576178479282017-04-22T08:10:52.745+01:002017-04-22T08:10:52.745+01:00I did the 800 calorie, 8 week blood sugar diet bet...I did the 800 calorie, 8 week blood sugar diet between December and February. It was very good but I was totally astonished that 800 calories was sufficient. Yes, I was losing weight but I did not feel starved. I eat between meals, with constant grazing but using a protein shake at 11 am and 3pm then a 600 calorie version of my usual healthy meal was fine. I think we may all be used to eating too much. A lot of mine is habit and one I need to break. Why not think about foods you CAN eat and that you could take easily in a pack to keep you going. You can buy those survival foods in packs. Take a look at the ingredients list. You may find some you could manage. Campers and survivalists buy them. You may be able to find some in the scout shop, if there is one in Glasgow.Magla Learnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14984907836158506110noreply@blogger.com
